The TKL Mechanical Keyboard draws inspiration from vintage typewriter designs. It has a solid, old-school feel with soft tactile feedback, low-profile keys, and minimalistic styling.

Key Features

The low-profile keys on the TKL Mechanical Keyboard offer a more comfortable typing experience because you can press them with less effort than high-profile keys found on most keyboards. They also have less critical travel distance, so typos are reduced because you don’t have to push your fingers as hard as to type each letter accurately.

It has five hot color keycaps and two clear keycaps. Each will give you an instant, vivid color contrast so you can see the letters underneath. The colors are red, blue, yellow, green, and white. The font is a lightweight but practical sans-serif font so as not to distract from the keys themselves.

It is smaller than most keyboards by about half an inch (12mm). It is also 10mm taller than a standard keyboard to accommodate the 8 Functional Keys (F1~F8). It means you can keep your mouse closer to you for faster actions and easier access.

TKL Mechanical Keyboard has eight functional keys at the top of the keyboard. These keys are programmable so that you can put your most-used functions in one spot for optimal access. They also have a shorter profile than the other keys to prevent accidental presses, and they have an audible click when pressed, so you know for sure when a finger or a palm is pressing them.

It is a mechanical keyboard with all mechanical switches. These are simple Cherry MX switches with the following specifications: the keys are linear with tactile, audible, and bump feedback. There is no need for membrane switches because they can last longer. It is compatible with MOBA – Mechanical Keyboards or Rapid-Fire Keyboards. You can save spaces on your desk by using it with most mech keyboards that have Cherry MX clones instead of the exact plastic switch mechanism.

Every piece of this keyboard is made from high-quality materials, so you can be assured this will last a long time. The PCB is made of a double-sided PCB construction to make it sturdy. The bottom case is made from steel with a steel plate to support the keyboard. There are 14 rubber feet on the front of the keyboard to prevent sliding and allow for airflow. The switches are made from solid brass that will last a lifetime.

This giant keyboard has three rows of 12 function keys (F1~F12), providing enough options for your mouse, camera, volume controls, shortcuts, etc. The F key functions as either the F1~F8 keys or an insert key if you hold it down while pressing another key. To use the function keys, you need to install the FN-key software. Ensure that you configure the function keys correctly before using them in-game.

The USB connector is non-detachable, so it will never break off like other keyboards. The five-pin USB connector does not require a USB converter for older computers. All you need is a standard male USB connector that fits into any PC or laptop.

It has eight easily removable keycaps and a keycap puller with the color of your choice. The color of each keycap can be easily removed by pulling it off with a keycap puller. The colors available are black, white, clear (matte), red, blue, yellow, and green. You can change the colors to whatever you like for customization.

It is wired with two 2-meter-long braided USB cables so you can connect it to most places on your desk or at least to the back of the computer tower. It even comes with a USB connector cover to prevent dust from entering the USB port.

Standard hardback book has the size of 57 x 17 x 4 cm (LxWxH). It’s compact and portable, so you can take it with you pretty much anywhere you need to go, such as the airport, your friend’s house, or even at your office cubicle. You can also use it at home or in your dorm if you share an office space with multiple people and want one keyboard that everyone can use, whether they’re familiar with mechanical keyboards or not.

It has an anti-ghosting feature that shields you from accidental keystrokes caused by overlapping keys. It means that when you press multiple keys at the same time, only one will be registered. This feature is not built-in but can be disabled in the software if you prefer. You can also turn it off in the BIOS if you have a specific key that you don’t want to suffer from this issue, such as a capital letter or numeral.

It has a USB bio-feedback function to detect when your hands are too close to the keyboard or when you touch it when typing. This way, it will send an electric signal to your computer to turn on the backlight and make it easier for you to see your keystrokes in dimly lit places. The maximum distance is around 60cm, which is about the length of your arm.

The backlight on the TKL Mechanical Keyboard has three brightness levels: off, dim (you can still see it in a well-lit room), and bright (usable when in a dark room). You can also decrease or increase the brightness with the F1~F8 keys.

The Multimedia Keys (MKB) color is optional, but you can select one out of 6 colors: red, blue, green, cyan, magenta, and orange.

The Multimedia Function Keys (MMF) color can be selected from 6 colors: red, blue, green, cyan, magenta (or orange), and black.
